The number of features selected by the Select tool on the Map widget in an ArcGIS Experience Builder app is limited to the maxRecordCount property of the feature service.

Increase the maxRecordCount property by updating the service definition.

1. Navigate to the item details page of the hosted feature layer.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click View to view the REST service URL.
3. Click Admin.
4. Click the feature layer name.
5. Scroll to the bottom and select Update Definition.
6. Increase the maxRecordCount property. It must not exceed 32,000 for point layers and 4,000 for polygon and line layers. (Only include the portions of the definition to be updated)
7. Click Update Definition.
