Erro
The MigrateSceneServices utility does not allow users to bypass the ArcGIS Web Adaptor URL when connecting to their hosting server if the ArcGIS Server site is using a self-signed certificate.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5.Solução Provisória
Use the Web Adaptor URL or a third-party network load balancer URL when running the migration utility. Alternatively, configure the hosting server to use a CA-signed certificate.
