Erro
The Make Query Table geoprocessing tool does not show associated fields from selected tables when they are added directly from the Catalog pane.

With the latest version of ArcGIS Pro, the issue cannot be reproduced.Solução Provisória
- Add the datasets (feature classes and table) to the Contents pane.
- Open the Make Query Table tool.
- Add the feature classes and table to the Input Tables drop-down list.
- Click the Fields drop-down list and check if all the fields from selected tables are available.
