Erro
The 'Make Feature Layer' tool fails if it is used with a hosted feature service which contains spaces in the layer name, and returns the following error message, "Error: 000732: Dataset does not exist or is not supported."

This issue is non-reproducible in the recent versions, and it is fixed in ArcGIS Server 10.8.1.Solução Provisória
Use 'Add Data From Path', and make a feature layer within a project item using the following workaround:
- In the makeflspace.py file, update line seven with a path to an APRX project.
- Run the script, and the Make Feature Layer tool completes successfully.
