The loading bar loads indefinitely when clicking Manage items for a member with a Storyteller user type in ArcGIS Online.

Solução Provisória

Temporarily reassign the user type of the member from Storyteller to another available user type that has ownership of the content, for example; Insight Analyst, GIS Professional Basic, GIS Professional Standard, GIS Professional Advanced, or Creator.

Refer to the workflow below:

1. Sign into ArcGIS Online with a username and password belonging to a member with an Administrator role.
2. Select Organization tab.
3. Select Members tab.
4. In the Filters tab, select Storyteller.
5. Select the three dots or More Options button > Select Manage user types.
6. Select another user type that has content creation privileges besides Storyteller, such as Creator or GIS Professional Advanced.
7. Select the three dots or More Options button > Select Manage Items > Note. The webpage loads successfully.
