Erro
The link to download the service provider metadata to set up the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) login is clickable but does not work until the SAML configurations are saved.

Solução Provisória
This defeats the purpose of the SP metadata but to get the link to work, fill in the required parameters and save the SAML configuration.
