Solução Provisória

Instead of using the Geodesic Near spatial relationship with the USA Albers projection, use the Planar Near spatial relationship and a local projection. In that case, all features are returned, and the performance is improved. It is generally recommended to use a projected coordinate system that aligns with the area of the data, for example, the Rhode Island State plane. In addition, based on the testing, the Spatial Near Distance parameter may be slightly increased from 40 to 41 kilometers.
