The imagery within ArcGIS Earth is absent when the graphics drivers, AMD and Intel, are enabled.

Solução Provisória

1. Enter Computer > System Properties > Device Manager > Display Adapters > disable either the AMD or the Intel graphics drivers.

2. Launch ArcGIS Earth.

3. The imagery is now functional.

The issue is not reproducible when there is only one graphics card enabled, or the two graphic drivers are Intel and NVIDIA.
