Erro
The GeoEvent Sampler incorrectly returns the error message, "The GeoEvent Service must be in a STARTED state before sampling" when sampled after the initial GeoEvent Service creation.

Solução Provisória
- Sample for a second time, and it works.
- Repeat the above, but stop or start the service before selecting the sample, and the sampling works.
