This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 as the Export Training Data For Deep Learning tool handles the decimal delimiter issue before training.Solução Provisória
Navigate to the Control Panel and click 'Clock and Region'. Click 'Region' and in the Formats tab, click 'Additional settings'. For the Decimal symbol, change the comma to a decimal point.
