The FeatureReductionCluster class fails to render sub-clustered groups at certain map scales.

Solução Provisória

1. Pan the map until the sub-clustered groups are not within the map view extent.
2. Pan back to the same spot, and the sub-clustered groups that are not previously rendered display.

Note: This workaround temporarily renders the sub-clustered groups correctly when using the FeatureReductionCluster class within the map view.
