Erro
The error message, "You have to be signed in to share a service with GIS Portal" is returned in the Sharing tab of the Service Editor window when using Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) to publish to ArcGIS Server federated with Portal for ArcGIS.

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026.
