Erro
The error message "Service does not exist or is inaccessible" is returned when adding a WMS layer in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.

When connecting to a service in ArcGIS Online, the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript automatically detects CORS headers. When CORS is not set up on a service, the Map Viewer attempts to connect to the service via a proxy. It is highly recommended to enable CORS support. Otherwise, check the origin server for any certificate issues. Ensure that the service either supports CORS or that all certificates are properly configured. From that point, add the service to Map Viewer.
