The Error Inspector does not update correctly if two instances of error layers from a validation-enabled feature service are present in a map.

Solução Provisória

Do not add the error layers published with the feature service when adding the feature service. Instead, only add the layers representing the feature geometry, and then right-click a layer on the map and click 'Add Error Layers'.
