The error "Failed to load data" is returned after reopening a saved ArcGIS Pro project with a query layer where the data has Select By Attributes tool performed.

Solução Provisória

• Remove the original query table and add a new one after re-opening the ArcGIS Pro project is the one of the workaround found.
• Use another data type, such as big integer in the unique identifier, the workflow is successful.
