The issue is non-reproducible.Solução Provisória
- Open the .mmpk file.
- Right-click the layer, select Sharing, and click Share As Web Layer.
- On the Configuration tab, cache the layer locally.
- Set a name and tags for the layer, and publish the layer.
- In ArcGIS Online, open the layer in Scene Viewer.
- Click one of the features to ensure the domain labels are displayed in the pop-up.
