The default configuration of the installed ArcGIS Survey123 website returns an X-Frame-Options error preventing published surveys to be embedded in the Survey widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder developer edition.

Solução Provisória

1. Navigate to the ArcGIS Survey123 website installation folder > server > proxy.
2. Open the file named ‘proxy.js’ in the folder with Text Editor. 
3. Delete the "app.use(helmet.frameguard({ action: 'SAMEORIGIN' }));" line, or add "//" in the front of it to make it a comment.
