Solução Provisória

Open point symbol formatting by navigating to the layer's Symbology -> Click Symbol Icon -> 'Layers' section of the 'Format Point Symbol' pane.
With the shape marker selected, click "File..." and select the desired emf.
Should the behaviour occur, switch the dropdown option from "Shape Marker" to "picture marker", and then back to "shape marker" again.
Complete step 2 again with the shape marker selected, click "file" and select the desired emf. The emf should load correctly after performing this flip-flop.
Adjust the symbol to the desired size settings.
