Erro
The Data tab does not display in Portal for ArcGIS after publishing a layer with a definition query that references the layer name.

This is by design. Table names can change while publishing, or field names can have a format similar to fully qualified names. It cannot be parsed after publishing.Solução Provisória
- Do not use fully qualified field names (do not use tablename.fieldname) in the definition query.
- After publishing, use the ArcGIS REST API Admin updateDefinition operation and update the definition query by removing the table name.
