Solução Provisória

The issue is related to the FT_FDO_MunicipalName_Zipcode_MasterAddress index on the AddressPoints class, which does not exist in the database. Removing and recreating the attribute index resolves the problem. Use the Remove Attribute Index tool and then recreate the index.

Additionally, copying and pasting the feature class with feature-linked annotation within the same enterprise geodatabase ensures the feature-linked annotation class is also copied.
