Erro
The CreationDate method does not include the UTC offset option when generating a report in the Survey123 for ArcGIS website.

Solução Provisória
- Include two fields within the survey: date (with the today() function) and time (with the now() function).
- Replace the ${CreationDate} method with a combination of ${date}, ${time} to show the properly offset time.
