It was determined that the root cause behind this reported issue was an attempt to enrich a real-time event record using an attribute join when no such feature record existed in the referenced geodatabase's target feature service. As a result, each time an event record with that particular TrackID was received, an attempt was made to find an enrichment feature record (which failed).
