When a device uses a Component Object Model (COM) port to connect to specific Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) hardware, Survey123 needs to be set to connect explicitly to that COM port (and not the default 'Integrated Provider'. Navigate to Settings, Location, 'Add location provider', USB and select COM port.

Solução Provisória

The video here shows another app on the device (GPS Viewer) successfully connected to port COM10. At the same time the image of Survey123 shows that it is connected to Integrated Provider. Survey123 would also need to be connected to COM10.
