Erro
The ArcGIS Experience Builder Data view filter jumps to the top of the Data view screen after updating a filter lower on the screen and clicking Enter.

The issue with the view filter has been resolved at ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.Solução Provisória
After making an update to a filter lower in the list, do not click Enter. Instead, click anywhere on the Data view screen. The 'Data view' screen remains in its current place.
