This issue is not reproducible in the latest version of ArcGIS Pro.Solução Provisória
Disable the editor tracking on the target data before running the steps below:1. Open the Append tool in ArcGIS Pro.2. Select the input dataset.3. Select the target dataset.4. Run the tool.
