This issue is as designed. The 'TxtWidth' field is intended to be used for the CAD to GDG annotation conversion, but not for Export to CAD as the value is not intended for round trip conversion.Solução Provisória
Uncheck the visibility to hide the 'TxWidth' field from the annotation feature class, and export the data to a CAD file.
