This is an issue with the data, which contains an unsupported extension. The issue cannot be reproduced with sample data. The following documentation on 3D tiles provides detailed steps for troubleshooting this issue: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/work-with-3d-tiles-layers.htm#GUID-D76181F2-86CD-41A0-84D9-45E764225D48 When using the Diagnostic Monitor when loading the attached 3D tiles, the following error message is returned: "Json parsing error: Required GLTF extension 'EXT_texture_webp' is not supported" The error indicates that the following extension used in this data is not supported. Refer to the following documentation for additional information: https://github.com/KhronosGroup/glTF/blob/main/extensions/2.0/Vendor/EXT_texture_webp/README.md Note that EXT_texture_webp is not listed as a supported feature in the ArcGIS Pro documentation linked above.Etapas para Reproduzir
