Symbology sometimes does not display in the Scene Viewer application included in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.

Solução Provisória

1. Stop the Portal for ArcGIS Service.
2. Navigate to \ArcGIS\Portal\framework\template.
3. Open a text editor.
4. Modify the last line (#6) of the file to be:

/filetokens/framework/webapps/arcgis#styleItems/webstyles_tokens.txt

The full content of the file should be:

/filetokens/apps/app_tokens.txt

/filetokens/framework/webapps/arcgis#home/homeapp_tokens.txt

/filetokens/framework/webapps/arcgis#sharing/sharing_tokens.txt

/filetokens/framework/webapps/rootapp/rootapp_tokens.txt

/filetokens/framework/jsapi/jsapi_tokens.txt

/filetokens/framework/webapps/arcgis#styleItems/webstyles_tokens.txt

5) Start the Portal for ArcGIS service.
