The current solution to this issue is to set the service's time zone to unknown from the ArcGIS Server Manager app. For more information, see https://bit.ly/3kcY3Aw. Note: - This is only supported for map and feature services that are published from ArcGIS Pro on version 10.9 or above for ArcGIS Server. - This is not supported for hosted feature services. - Only newer versions such as ArcGIS Pro 2.7 (or above), ArcGIS API for JavaScript version 4.21+ and MapViewer with the September 2021 release support this. - ArcGIS Enterprise MapViewer have this support with the release that follows version 10.9.1.Etapas para Reproduzir
