Solução Provisória

1. Restore the target Portal for ArcGIS using WebGISDR. (Sometimes, this issue fails and returns the error, "This connection has been closed.").
2. Once the restore is successful, login to the Portal for ArcGIS database using PostgreSQL:
   1. Use “\d gw_users” to show the tables information including indexes.
   2. Rebuild all indexes: “REINDEX DATABASE gwdb;” 
3. Login to ArcGIS Portal Administrator REST API interface, run portaladmin/system/indexer/reindex in full mode.
4. Verify the index has been built correctly: portaladmin/system/indexer/status.
