Erro
Some ArcGIS Online basemaps return the error message, "Error: Item does not exist or is inaccessible" when shared from the item details page in Portal for ArcGIS.

There are no plans to address this issue. The error message returns when attempting to share a web app containing a web map not owned by the user. This has no functional impact when sharing the web app with groups or the organization since the Modern Antique Map, a Living Atlas item, is shared and viewable by all organization members.Solução Provisória
The error behavior has no witnessed symptoms or disabilities aside from the error pop-up.
