Setting the extent parameter when creating a referenced mosaic dataset in ArcGIS Pro causes it to display as blank when published and viewed in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.

Solução Provisória

Do not specify the extent when creating the referenced mosaic dataset. Instead, update the extent in the layer settings after it is published.
