Erro
Scale text/bar and north arrows cause inserted EMF (Excel spreadsheet) to output the text placement offset by line.

Convert the scalebar and north arrow to graphics. I also did a copy paste of the excel worksheet cells, and the problem didn't occur. Seems to only be with when it is an inserted object. Doing the inserted object directly onto the layout instead of into the dataframe also seems to help.Inserting the excel sheet object first and then adding the north arrow also does not reproduce the issue.Etapas para Reproduzir
