Running the 'Extract Multi Values to Points' tool fails in ArcGIS Pro but succeeds with the same data in ArcMap.

The issue is a duplicate of BUG-000145529. The issue is related to when the extent of the features is significantly greater than the extent of the input raster. Using a smaller extent of the features compared to the raster or selecting only the features which intersect the input raster, the process runs successfully.Solução Provisória
Set the environment extent to the input raster, or select the input point features which only intersect the input raster. Optionally, create a new point feature class with the desired extent.
