Running the ArcGIS Enterprise Patch Notification wizard after installing the ArcGIS Server 10.6.1 Vector Tile Layers Patch shows the patch as available and installed.

The original version of the ArcGIS Server 10.6.1 Vector Tile Layers Patch has an incorrect patch ID in the Windows setup. This caused the patch notification tool to continue to show the patch as an available update. The patch was replaced with an updated version that corrected this problem.
