Manually edit the feature to fix the self intersection.Steps taken to fix the self intersecting feature:-- In an ArcMap session, select the objectid=78650-- Double click on the line to display the nodes-- Open the Sketch Properties Window which shows the XY coordinates of each node along the line-- Found that node 4 is the self intersecting node. Delete node 4.-- Save the edit.-- Re-ran Check geometry tool and this time it went through successfully.
