Erro
Registering folder data store connection using the same name as the local drive folder path or Universal Naming Convention (UNC) path URL causes the HTML error 400 while trying to list the server data stores using ArcGIS API for Python.

The issue is fixed on ArcGIS Server 10.9.Solução Provisória
Use a regular name for the folder being registered instead of using the same local drive path or UNC path as the folder name (e.g. 'RegisteredFolder' rather than 'C:\RegisteredFolder' or '\\NetworkPath\RegisteredFolder').
