Reconcile fails on a branch version, returning the error message "Version is still in use." because the version lock on the branch version is not released after an edit session ends in a different ArcGIS Pro session.

Solução Provisória

Add the Utility Network data to the project by following the steps below:

1. On the Catalog tab, select Portal.
2. Select My Organization.
3. Right-click the feature layer.
4. Add the data to the new map.
5. Close the previous ArcGIS Pro session to remove the version lock when another ArcGIS Pro version session tries to reconcile it from another ArcGIS Pro version session.
