This is an artifact on client application. Turn off the 'smooth line art' rendering feature in the Preference settings for Acrobat Reader, and the hairlines will not display.Solução Provisória
- Using right angles as the degrees for the rotation. For example, setting the rotation degree to 0, 90, 180, 270, 360 will not result in any hairlines showing up.
- When adding the map service using New Map Viewer, use the advanced settings to add a rotation parameter to the service.
- Remove the basemap.
- Use the default printing tool provided by deployment.
- Change output formats other than PDF (PNG32, JPG, GIF).
