Erro
Notebook created by deployment with Special Event Permitting and Operations has a permissions error preventing any usage.

This bug was fixed in March 2024 (ArcGIS version 2.3). The workaround is a good option for those who can't upgrade.Solução Provisória
- Navigate to the Special Event Permitting and Operations folder under My Content.
- Search for the term Copy.
- Click on the options for the Copy Previous Site and Operations Maps notebook and select View item details.
- Copy the Item ID for the notebook and paste it into an empty notepad for later steps.
- Navigate back to the Special Event Permitting and Operations folder under My Content and open the Special Event Permit Manager web map in Map Viewer.
- With the Special Event Permits layer selected, click Popups.
- Go to Attribute expressions and click the Copy Site and Operations maps Notebook expression to open it.
- Update the CopySiteAndOperationsID variable to be the item ID you copied within single brackets (i.e. '00000000000000000000000000000000').
- Click Done.
- Save the web map.
