This defect is logged against a software version that is no longer supported. The issue is a known limitation. In newer versions of ArcGIS Pro, publishing is prevented and returns the error message "00241: Shape_Length and Shape_Area fields cannot be used by labels".Solução Provisória
Add another field and calculate the values of the Shape_Length field into it. Use the new field for labels.
