Erro
Layers with a visibility range do not show as intended when using the Map Layers widget with the 'Show layers for maps data only' option selected in ArcGIS Experience Builder.

This is the expected behavior because the 'Interact with map widget' option was not selected. In the 'Show layers for map data only' setting, visibility responds only to the initial web map scale, which is set in the Map Viewer and cannot be changed at runtime. It is not affected by actions taken inside the Map widget.Solução Provisória
Use the 'Interact with map widget' option instead. This works as expected with the visibility range layers.
