KML Utility service does not include the XLS xml namespace causing KML files that use XSI to error "Internal kml parser error" when attempting to add to a map

Solução Provisória

Open up the breaks.kml and within the <kml> tag, add this xml namespace to the file within the <kml> tag.

xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"

Once added, save and then attempt to upload again. This is the only difference between breaks.kml and works.kml
