Solução Provisória

1. Using 'Join field' instead of 'Add Join' (Alters the data)

Join Field
Select Layer by Attribute
Select / Make Layer from Selected Features
Feature Class to Feature Class

2. Export the joined feature class before creating the selection layer (Client currently uses this workaround)

Add Join
Feature Class to Feature Class
Select Layer by Attribute
Select / Make Layer from Selected Features
Feature Class to Feature Class

* These workarounds might not be suitable options for user because the first one alters the data and the second one adds two extra steps to the workflow.
