Issue updating a mosaic dataset item through an image server using /update requests when multiple instances of a service exist either on a single server or single instances of the service on a multi-server configuration.

Solução Provisória

Managed Cloud Services (MCS) configured the STG/PRD (staging or production) with a minimum of 1 instance and a maximum of 1 instance for the relevant image services (one of the site machines was stopped along with the service). A request has also been made through TFS (Texas A&M Forest Service) for an Infra Admin to remove the stopped nodes from the Load Balancer Target Groups to ensure there are no failed health check alerts.
