Erro
In Web Scene Viewer, the points on the far side of the globe disappear at a certain point when the basemap is at 100% transparency.

This is a known limitation of the Scene Viewer related to (the near/far clipping plane and precision of) the 3D rendering engine. Currently, it is not possible to change this in the scene viewer, however, if using ArcGIS JavaScript API, configure the clip distance in the application: https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/api-reference/esri-views-SceneView.html#constraintsEtapas para Reproduzir
