In the map viewer of Portal for ArcGIS, the attribute table for a time-enabled layer removes the time from date-time values

At 10.5 this is expected. The table in the map viewer uses the date format set by the Configure Popup. To view time in the attribute table: 1, Click configure popup on the layer 2. Select the time format and check show time 3. View attribute table - time value is now displayed
