Erro
In the ArcMap Location of Interest (LOI) window, once the 'Select by Attribute' is selected, the button becomes grayed out and is only available again after restarting ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic).

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired on March 1, 2026. Mature support means the end of functionality-based patches and hotfixes; therefore, this issue will not be addressed. There are no plans for future releases of ArcGIS Desktop, and it is recommended to migrate to ArcGIS Pro. Restart ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic) for each 'Select by Attribute' operation.
