Microsoft has released updates for Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016 that addresses the slow login issue. The fix was first made available in the following updates: Windows Server 2012 R2: August 8, 2017 - KB4034681 available at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4034681 Windows Server 2016: September 28, 2017 – KB4038801 available at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4038801 Subsequent updates for Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016 also include the fix for this issue. Esri recommends always staying current with the latest operating system updates.
