Erro
In Portal for ArcGIS, the changes on the field alias name of a hosted feature layer are unable to be saved in the pop-up configuration when accessed from the Visualization tab of the item details page.

Although this issue is reproducible in recent versions of the software when Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer Classic is set as the organization default, the issue does not occur in the Visualization tab when the organization default is Map Viewer. Adopting Map Viewer is recommended as Map Viewer Classic is deprecated. Refer to https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-in-arcgis-online-depreca-000030662 for more information. For workflows where Map Viewer Classic must be the organization default, the pop-up configuration can be updated in Map Viewer Classic instead of using the Visualization tab.Solução Provisória
Change the field alias layer pop-up configuration in Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer and save the layer.
